I have to agree… Generally food in the UK is not that good, aside from a few exceptions. This is one of them!
As of today, Foie Gras (arguably one of the best food EVER. BAR NONE, and a typical french product) is prohibited in California.
This means not to be produced or sold within the state. For the first time since I left, I’m not feeling bad about being back. Good luck to the (huge) french community based in California!
So yeah… THAT happened today… For my defense though, I did eat salad all week-long for lunch, so that’s an extra… :D
